Lemon Curd Loaf Cake


It is very lemony, but not sharp, quite moist, and freezes well.  Serves 8 made in a 2lb loaf tin.

Ingredients: Butter; Sugar; Eggs; Lemon Curd; Lemon zest and juice; Crème Fraiche; Flour
